Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies
100 g soft butter
80 g brown sugar
a little vanilla (if desired)
20 g dark chocolate, chopped into pieces
1 egg
200 g familia Bio Gluten-Free Chocolate Crunch
50 g gluten-free flour (or wheat flour as an alternative)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Beat the butter until it becomes fluffy
  2. Add the sugar, vanilla, salt, and egg
  3. Mix until the mixture becomes light in color
  4. Stir in the chocolate pieces
  5. Place the familia Bio Gluten-Free Chocolate Crunch in a plastic bag and lightly crush it with a rolling pin
  6. Mix with the flour and baking powder, then fold into the butter mixture
  7. Using two teaspoons, form small dough balls about the size of a walnut and place them on the prepared baking sheets, making sure to leave some space between them
  8. Chill for 15 minutes

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 155°C (fan oven) or 175°C (top/bottom heat)
  2. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes
