You can access the T&Cs via the following link: Shop T&Cs. These regulate all the details of bio-familia’s offering in its online shop. You accept the T&Cs before placing each order, so please read them carefully. If you have any questions about the information in the T&Cs, please contact us before placing your order.

Where are the products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Sachseln, in the heart of Switzerland.
Where can I find ‘Simply’ Müesli?
‘Simply’ Müesli has not been available in stores since 2022. We recommend our organic range as an alternative.
Where can I find the product ‘Champion Original’?
‘Champion Original’ has not been available in stores since 2020. We recommend our ‘Organic Original Swiss Birchermüesli’ as an alternative to flake Müesli. You might also like our other kinds of Müesli for athletes.
Where can I find ‘Family Crunch’ Müesli?
‘Family Crunch’ Müesli has not been available in stores since 2022. We recommend our Kids range as an alternative.
Where can I find the product ‘Coop Naturaplan familia Organic Original Apple Grains’?
‘Coop Naturaplan familia Organic Original Apple Grains’ has not been available in stores since 2023. We recommend our ‘c.m.plus Original’ and the ‘Value Pack Crunchy Müesli Oats & Spelt’ as alternatives.
Where can I find ‘Bio Huus Müesli’?
‘Bio Huus Müesli’ has not been available in stores since 2019. We recommend our ‘Bio Birchermüesli Original’ as an alternative. Our factory outlet in Sachseln has other products, such as our export product ‘Swiss Müesli Premium Recipe’, which can be purchased from time to time.
Where can I find the ‘Organic Carrot & Apple Müesli’ and the ‘Organic Rosehip & Strawberry Müesli’?
These two organic Müeslis have not been available in stores since 2021. We recommend the other products in our organic range as an alternative.

Collaboration
Can I have my own Müesli manufactured by bio-familia AG?
Due to the complexity of our production process, it is not possible for us to produce small quantities of a new Müesli creation. However, regular and larger orders are certainly feasible. For further information or individual inquiries, please contact our sales representatives.

Where is my desired product available?
Our entire Swiss range is available in our online shop and in our factory outlet in Sachseln. For more detailed information, see the ‘Where to buy?’ tab for the product under the product specifications. This lists all the places that sell this Müesli alongside the online shop and the factory outlet.
Export
Can products also be delivered abroad via the online shop?
No, our online shop’s range is only available in Switzerland. Our products for export are sold via various retail outlets. For more detailed information, contact e-shop@bio-familia.com.

Where can I order Müesli in bulk?
Our range for the catering trade is available in our online shop. Large or regular orders by catering customers are handled by our partner HUG.

Does the online shop sell all familia-branded products?
The online shop sells the entire familia range available in Switzerland.

Are bio-familia’s prices the same as those at a Coop store?
Yes, familia Müesli is available in the online shop at the same prices as in Coop (provided they are available from Coop).
Where can I find information about the different types of Müesli?
More information is provided under ‘Müesli’.
How long does the Müesli keep for?
The Müesli can be kept for at least five months after dispatch.
There’s one exception: Müesli in the ‘Use, don’t lose’ category has a shelf life of at least three months.

What are ‘Guets us Obwalde’ products?
‘Guets us Obwalde’ includes products made with local ingredients by farmers from the region. You can purchase the full range of ‘Guets us Obwalde’ products in bio-familia’s factory outlet. Ordering
How can I place an order in bio-familia AG’s online shop?
The online shop can be found at www.bio-familia.com. You can place your order via the online shop directly.
What payment methods can I use in bio-familia’s online shop?
bio-familia AG’s online shop accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Twint.
Why am I not receiving emails from bio-familia?
Check the promotions, junk and spam folders in your email account because our emails may be ending up there. Many email providers let you ensure that future emails are delivered to your inbox by moving the message to your inbox once or adding the sender’s email address to a safe senders list.
Can I use a home address outside Switzerland when logging into bio-familia’s online shop?
No, you can’t. Only addresses within Switzerland will be accepted.
Will the item be reserved for me when the online shop order is received?
Orders are shipped immediately after receipt of the order. As a result, we do not need to reserve the products for you once your order has been received.
When do I have to place my order by to receive my delivery on the same day?
Same-day delivery is not currently possible. On business days, we guarantee delivery within 48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).
How can I be sure that my order has been received by you?
After placing your order in the shop, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email with the key details of your order.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?
No. Unfortunately, you will not be able to make changes to orders that have already been placed. If you would like to make a change, please contact e-shop@bio-familia.com.
Delivery
How long does it take to deliver a product?
Orders are shipped immediately after receipt of payment. This usually takes 48 hours. Please note that we only ship our products on business days.
Can my order be delivered to a different delivery address?
Yes, you can have it delivered to an address of your choice (e.g. to your holiday home). The delivery address does not have to match the billing address. Select ‘Other delivery address’ and enter the delivery address.
Can bio-familia give exact delivery dates?
bio-familia works with Planzer for orders from bio-familia’s online shop. The delivery time is usually just one to two working days, but the delivery time cannot be agreed in advance. If you are not at home for the delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders from bio-familia’s online shop worth CHF 50 or more are delivered free of charge.
The cost for home deliveries with an order value under CHF 50 is CHF 8.70.
Where can I view the delivery status?
The current status of your order is not displayed, as it will be delivered within 48 hours on business days.
How can I place the same order again?
If you have created an account on our site, you can reorder the same item at any time via your order history.
What should I do in the event that my order has been damaged in transit?
Damage to goods delivered to your home must be checked immediately and reported no later than 14 calendar days after delivery. Please contact our customer service team on +41 (0)41 666 25 55 or via e-shop@bio-familia.com. If possible, send us a photo of the damaged goods and the damaged box.
Can I exchange or return items purchased from bio-familia’s online shop?
There is no right to return products that are not defective and that have been delivered correctly.
Cancellation
Can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at e-shop@bio-familia.com or phone +41 (0)41 666 25 55. If the order is ready to be shipped or has already been shipped, the customer will bear the costs and transport risk for sending it back.
