c.m.plus Muffin

Ingredients

Muffin
125 g butter
130 g sugar
2 eggs
70 g ground almonds
190 g flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, chopped into small pieces
1 lemon grated lemon peel
1 Vanilla stem scraped out
15 frozen raspberries
70 g familia Crunchy Muesli Original or forest berries
Crumble
30 g familia Crunchy Muesli Original or forest berries, crushed
30 g butter
5 tbsp ground almonds
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Muffins

  1. Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy
  2. Add eggs and mix well
  3. Add ground almonds, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Stir in chopped apple pieces, lemon zest, scraped vanilla seeds, frozen raspberries, and Müesli
  6. Mix until evenly distributed
  7. Fill the muffin cups with the batter

Crumble

  1. Crush Müesli and place in a bowl
  2. Add butter, ground almonds, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon
  3. Mix until crumbly
  4. Spead the crumble evenly over the 12 muffins

Baking

  1. Bake approx. 22 minutes in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C (fan oven)
