Strawberry-Protein-Bowl

Ingredients

Strawberry-Protein-Bowl
800 g Plain skyr
200 g strawberries, diced
1 vanilla pod, scraped out pulp
3 tbsp liquid honey
200 g familia High Protein low sugar strawberry & vanilla
ca. 5 strawberries, diced
80 g walnuts, roughly chopped

Preparation

        4 bowls of approx. 300 ml each

  1. Divide the skyr into 2 bowls. 
  2. Puree the strawberries and stir into one of the two bowls. 
  3. Mix the vanilla pulp and honey with 1 tbsp of skyr until the pulp has completely dissolved.
  4. Pour into the other bowl, stir well.
  5. Finish off: Divide the vanilla skyr between one half of the 4 bowls, place the strawberry skyr on the other side. Garnish with Müesli, strawberries and nuts in the centre.

Tip

Replace the berries with other fruit such as peaches, blueberries or frozen berries. For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup and skyr by soya quark.
