Strawberry-oatmeal bar

Preparation: approx. 20 min. | Baking: 30 min.

Ingredients

Base
100 g oat flakes
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp apple compote
50 g organic coconut oil
Topping
200 g strawberries, in small dices
1 tbsp cornstarch
200 g familia High Protein low sugar strawberries & vanilla
Glaze
4 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch vanilla pulp

Preparation

Base

  1. Mix all ingredients, including coconut oil
  2. Put into the prepared mould, and press down firmly

Topping

  1. Mix strawberries with cornstarch and familia High Protein low sugar strawberries & vanilla until the mixture becomes slightly moist
  2. Spread over the base
  3. Press down compactly

Baking

  1. Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 – 30 minutes
  2. Remove from the oven
  3. Cool off completely in the pan

Glaze

  1. Mix icing sugar with lemon juice and vanilla pulp
  2. Drizzle over the pastry
  3. Cut the pastry into rectangular bars about 3x10 cm in size
