Strawberry-oatmeal bar
Ingredients

| 100 g | oat flakes |
| 4 tbsp | all-purpose flour |
| 2 tbsp | apple compote |
| 50 g | organic coconut oil |
| Topping | |

| 200 g | strawberries, in small dices |
| 1 tbsp | cornstarch |
| 200 g | familia High Protein low sugar strawberries & vanilla |
| Glaze | |
|---|---|
| 4 tbsp | icing sugar |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 pinch | vanilla pulp |
Preparation
Base
- Mix all ingredients, including coconut oil
- Put into the prepared mould, and press down firmly
Topping
- Mix strawberries with cornstarch and familia High Protein low sugar strawberries & vanilla until the mixture becomes slightly moist
- Spread over the base
- Press down compactly
Baking
- Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 – 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven
- Cool off completely in the pan
Glaze
- Mix icing sugar with lemon juice and vanilla pulp
- Drizzle over the pastry
- Cut the pastry into rectangular bars about 3x10 cm in size
