When the first rays of sunshine peek over Sachseln, the aroma of freshly baked Müesli is already in the air – not just any Müesli, but small masterpieces from our “Gnuss-Wärkstatt”.

For decades, our team has been blending delicate grain flakes, sweet fruits, and crunchy nuts. What began as a trend in 1977 has grown into a true success story. On 50-metre-long conveyor ovens, we bake crunchy Müesli for Müesli lovers across Switzerland and far beyond.

What few people know: behind the modern production facilities lies a quiet space – our small “Gnuss-Wärkstatt”. Here, a small team works with great attention to detail on new Müesli ideas. They mix by hand, taste, smell, and bake just like in the old days, creating exceptional recipes for the “Gnuss-Wärkstatt”.

No standard products. No large-scale orders. Instead, limited Müesli treasures, fresh from the oven and carefully packed by hand.

What is created here is available only in our online shop or at the factory store in Sachseln – and only while stocks last.

Always something new to discover

One of them: familia Nina’s Masterpiece Granola. Nina completed her apprenticeship with us. Her recipe stayed – and has earned a permanent place as a true favourite Müesli.

Now a permanent addition to our range: familia Nut Stängeli Chnusper, inspired by the Swiss classic with its familiar taste. What gives it its special character are our hazelnuts, traditionally roasted in-house and carefully hand-selected.

We also keep surprising you with seasonal creations. In winter, for example, with familia Gingerbread Granola, tasting of spices and cosiness, evoking memories of the first steps in freshly fallen snow. Or with familia Raclette Lover Chnusper, refined with tangy Seiler cheese – for those who enjoy savoury flavours.

Our “Gnuss-Wärkstatt” Müesli are produced in small batches. What’s available is available – and once it’s gone, it may not come back.
