Overnight Müesli raspberries

Ingredients

Overnight Müesli
100 g approx. 5 tbsp) Bio Birchermüesli Original
250 g raspberries
250 g 3/4-fat quark
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp acacia honey or raw sugar
1,5 dl milk
Garnitur
Bio Müesli aronia berries & raspberries
fresh raspberries
poppy seeds

Preparation

  1. Divide the Bircher Müesli between 2 sealable jars.
  2. Mash half of the raspberries with a fork. Layer with the remaining ingredients up to and including the honey/sugar over the Müesli. Pour in the milk and stir. Cover and leave to infuse overnight in the refrigerator.

Tip

Replace milk with coconutmilk or almond milk
