Oven-baked plum purée with tonka beans

Ingredients

Thick plum sauce with tonka beans
1.5 kg plums, halved, pitted
A few tonka beans, grated
familia Nature Crunch Müesli

Preparation

  1. Simmer the plums with grated tonka bean in a pan for 15-20 minutes, stir in between
  2. Mash and cool off
  3. Arrange plum sauce with familia crunchy Müesli
  4. Serve the plum compote with familia Nature Crunch Müesli

Tip

serve along with whipped cream / sprinkle ginger strips on the Müesli / decorate with fresh mint
