Oven-baked pears with Salted Caramel

Preparation: approx. 20 min. | baking time: 30 min.

for 4 persons

Ingredients

Oven-baked pears with salted caramel
4 large pears, e.g. Kaiser Alexander, halved, core removed
1/2 lemon, juice
200 g familia Salted Caramel Müesli (1)
100 g ground hazelnuts
300 g plain soya yoghurt
Garnish with some familia Salted Caramel Müesli (2)

Preparation

1 oven dish with a capacity of approx. 2 litres
 

  1. Hollow out the pear halves with a spoon to approx. 1 cm from the edge, brush with lemon juice and place in the tin.
  2. Finely chop or puree the hollowed-out pears, mix with the remaining lemon juice, Müesli (1) and hazelnuts.
  3. Divide the mixture between the pears.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ⁰ C (hot air/convection) for approx. 30 minutes until soft.
  5. Remove from oven, serve with yoghurt and garnish with some Müesli (2).

Tip

Use apples instead of pears.
