Oven-baked pears with Salted Caramel
Ingredients

| 4 | large pears, e.g. Kaiser Alexander, halved, core removed |
| 1/2 | lemon, juice |
| 200 g | familia Salted Caramel Müesli (1) |
| 100 g | ground hazelnuts |
| 300 g | plain soya yoghurt |
| Garnish | with some familia Salted Caramel Müesli (2) |
Preparation
1 oven dish with a capacity of approx. 2 litres
- Hollow out the pear halves with a spoon to approx. 1 cm from the edge, brush with lemon juice and place in the tin.
- Finely chop or puree the hollowed-out pears, mix with the remaining lemon juice, Müesli (1) and hazelnuts.
- Divide the mixture between the pears.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ⁰ C (hot air/convection) for approx. 30 minutes until soft.
- Remove from oven, serve with yoghurt and garnish with some Müesli (2).
Tip
Use apples instead of pears.
