100 g | familia Kids Crunch Choco |
150 g | organic walnuts, roughly broken |
Pinch | of salt |
40 g | organic cocoa powder |
100 g | dark organic chocolate (1), chopped |
Baking dish approx. 20x15 cm | |

Garnish | |

50 g | dark organic chocolate (2), chopped |
30 g | familia Kids Crunch Choco |
12 | 12 ice cream sticks or wooden skewers |
Preparation
Brownies
- Pour boiling water over dates, soak for 10 minutes, drain water and let it drip off
- Blend 50 g of familia Kids Crunch Choco and 50 g of walnuts together with dates, salt, and cocoa powder until smooth
- Melt chocolate (1) in a pan over low heat
- Then mix with the remaining familia Kids Crunch Choco and walnuts
- Fill the mixture into the prepared dish, press down firmly
- Cover and chill for 2 hours
- Remove from fridge and cut into 5x5 cm squares
Garnish
- Melt chocolate (2) in a small pan over low heat
- Skewer the brownies with ice cream sticks
- Dip halfway into melted chocolat
- Sprinkle with familia Kids Crunch Choco
