Müesli bar

Ingredients

Müesli bar
100 g familia Champion High Protein (or similar high-protein müesli)
50 g dried cranberries or sultanas
100 g assorted seeds, e.g., flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
100 g dried apricots
100 g agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix müesli with all ingredients including cinnamon
  2. Puree dried apricots with agave syrup
  3. Combine with the Müesli mixture and knead well
  4. Spread the mixture approx. 1 cm thick in a rectangular shape on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  5. Bake in the center of an oven preheated to 130°C (approx. 265°F) for about 30 minutes
  6. Allow to cool off completely
  7. Cut into rectangles or bars
