High Protein Choco Cookies
Ingredients

| 150 g | margarine |
| 6 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 3 tbsp | sesam paste (tahini) |
| 25 g | cocoa powder |
| 50 g | vegan dark chocolate, chopped |
| 2 tsp | cornstarch |
| 180 g | flour |
| 8 g | baking powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 100 g | familia High Protein low sugar almondes & vanilla, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | chia seeds |
| 1 tbsp | hemp seeds |
| Baking paper for the tray | |
Preparation
Dough
- Beat margarine in a mixer until fluffy
- Add and stir in maple syrup and tahini
- Mix cocoa powder, chocolate, cornstarch, flour, baking powder and salt
- Stir into the margarine
- Also blend Müesli, chia and hemp seeds
- Shape the mixture into balls of 30 g each
- Place on the prepared baking tray with a little spare between them, flatten slightly
Baking
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the middle of an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F)
- Allow to cool off on a wire rack
