Date and chocolate squares

Ingredients

Base
100 g organic coconut oil
200 g familia c.m. plus Choco & Protein, ground
Square baking tin of 15x15 cm
baking paper for the tin
Filling
200 g organic dates, finely chopped
1 dl black tea, hot
40 g organic coconut oil
50 g organic coconut flakes
Topping
200 g vegan organic chocolate, in pieces
10 g organic coconut flakes

Preparation

Base

Heat coconut oil, mix with familia Bio Knusper Protein & Choco, pour into prepared baking tin, flatten evenly, chill for 1 hour.

Filling

Blend dates with tea and coconut oil, mix in coconut flakes, spread over chilled mixture, press down well, chill for 1 hour.

Topping

Melt chocolate, spread evenly over mixture, allow to thicken slightly, sprinkle with coconut flakes.


Finish: Cut squares of approx. 4x4 cm and serve.
