Date and chocolate squares

| 100 g | organic coconut oil |
| 200 g | familia c.m. plus Choco & Protein, ground |
| Square baking tin of 15x15 cm | |

| 200 g | organic dates, finely chopped |
| 1 dl | black tea, hot |
| 40 g | organic coconut oil |
| 50 g | organic coconut flakes |
| Topping | |

| 200 g | vegan organic chocolate, in pieces |
| 10 g | organic coconut flakes |
Preparation
Base
Heat coconut oil, mix with familia Bio Knusper Protein & Choco, pour into prepared baking tin, flatten evenly, chill for 1 hour.
Filling
Blend dates with tea and coconut oil, mix in coconut flakes, spread over chilled mixture, press down well, chill for 1 hour.
Topping
Melt chocolate, spread evenly over mixture, allow to thicken slightly, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Finish: Cut squares of approx. 4x4 cm and serve.
