Coconut-Quinoa-Müesli

Ingredients

Coconut-Quinoa-Müesli
2 1/2 dl coconut milk
3 dl water
1/4 tbsp salt
200 g quinoa
350 g blueberries
1 dl water
80 g familia Crunchy Müesli (e.g. body balance Blueberries & Pecan)
4 tbsp liquid honey

Preparation

  1. Boil coconut milk and water with salt and quinoa. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
  2. Puree two-thirds of the blueberries with water. Serve with cooked quinoa. Sprinkle remaining blueberries and Crunchy Müesli on top. Drizzle with honey.
