Cinnamon Müesli rolls

Preparation: approx. 30 min. | Bake: 20 min.

for 12 persons

Ingredients

Dough
500 g organic white flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cube organic yeast
300 ml organic milk, lukewarm
50 g organic butter, soft
Backpapier für das Blech
Filling
50 g ground organic hazelnuts
100 g familia Kids Crunch Cinnamon, crushed in a mortar
1 organic pear, grated
80 g organic butter, melted
30 g organic raw sugar
1 tsp organic cinnamon
Glaze
4 tbsp organic icing sugar
1 tsp organic lemon juice
20 g familia Kids Crunch Cinnamon

Preparation

Dough

  1. Mix flour, salt and yeast in a bowl
  2. Add milk and butter, knead into a smooth dough
  3. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour
  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle of about 30x40 cm

Filling

  1. Mix hazelnuts, crushed familia Kids Crunch Cinnamon, grated pear, butter, raw sugar, and cinnamon
  2. Spread the mixture over the dough
  3. Roll it up
  4. Cut into rolls about 3 cm thick
  5. Place them on the prepared baking paper
  6. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes

Baking

  1. Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes
  2. Remove from the oven, cool off on a wire rack

Glaze

  1. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice obtaining a thick masse
  2. Drizzle over the cinnamon rolls
  3. Immediately sprinkle with familia Kids Crunch Cinnamon
