Chia-bowl with figs
Ingredients

| 1 dl | water |
| 5 | dates, e.g. Médiol, pitted, coarsely chopped |
| 3 dl | whole milk |
| 50 g | chia seeds |
| 4 | figs (1), cut into slices |
| 500 g | bifidus yoghurt |
| 400 g | familia Bifidus activ Granola with red berries |
| 4 | figs (2), cut into small cubes for the garnish |
| some | dates, pitted, cut into slices for the garnish |
| some | familia Bifidus activ Granola with red berries for the garnish |
Preparation
Soaking time: approx. 3 hours or overnight
4 glasses of approx. 2 dl capacity
- Bring water and dates (1) to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and let the dates soak for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a tall container with the milk and purée until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and let soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- To assemble: Divide half of the chia pudding between the jars.
Place figs (1) along the inner sides of the jars.
Layer half of the yogurt, muesli, and figs (2) on top of the pudding. Repeat the layering process. Garnish with granola, figs, and dates (2).
Tip
Replace the figs with other seasonal fruit.
