Cacao Berry Glow-Bowl
Ingredients
| Chocolate yogurt | |

| 800 g | plain Greek yogurt |
| 1.5 dl | whole cream |
| 150 g | milk chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| Berry yogurt | |

| 800 g | plain Greek yogurt |
| 1/2 | organic lemon, juice |
| 400 g | fresh organic berries, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. finely blended |
| Topping | |

| 100 g | familia Bio Müesli aronia & raspberry |
| 200 g | fresh organic berries, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. finely blended |
| 20 g | cacao nibs |
| mint leaves | |
Preparation
Chocolate yogurt
- Line a fine sieve with a straining cloth, hang sieve over a bowl
- Pour in yogurt, close the top
- Allow to strain in refrigerator overnight
- Bring whole cream to the boil briefly
- Remove pan from heat, add chocolate,and stir until melted
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes
- Add to strained yogurt, mix well
Berry yogurt
- Line a fine sieve with a straining cloth and hang sieve over a bowl
- Pour in yogurt, seal top
- Allow to strain in refrigerator overnight
- Mix strained yogurt with the blended berries
Topping
- Use both yogurts, to create a marbled pattern in bowls
- Garnish with Müesli, berries, cocoa nibs and mint
