Cacao Berry Glow-Bowl

for 4 persons

Ingredients

Chocolate yogurt
800 g plain Greek yogurt
1.5 dl whole cream
150 g milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
Berry yogurt
800 g plain Greek yogurt
1/2 organic lemon, juice
400 g fresh organic berries, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. finely blended
Topping
100 g familia Bio Müesli aronia & raspberry
200 g fresh organic berries, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. finely blended
20 g cacao nibs
mint leaves

Preparation

Chocolate yogurt

  1. Line a fine sieve with a straining cloth, hang sieve over a bowl
  2. Pour in yogurt, close the top
  3. Allow to strain in refrigerator overnight
  4. Bring whole cream to the boil briefly
  5. Remove pan from heat, add chocolate,and stir until melted
  6. Leave to cool for 5 minutes
  7. Add to strained yogurt, mix well

Berry yogurt

  1. Line a fine sieve with a straining cloth and hang sieve over a bowl
  2. Pour in yogurt, seal top
  3. Allow to strain in refrigerator overnight
  4. Mix strained yogurt with the blended berries

Topping

  1. Use both yogurts, to create a marbled pattern in bowls
  2. Garnish with Müesli, berries, cocoa nibs and mint
