1 pinch vanilla pulp
4 tbsp maple syrup
800 g soy quark or soy Skyr style yogurt
250 g strawberries, diced
100 g familia High Protein low sugar Strawberries & Vanilla, leave some aside to garnish
Garnish
50 g strawberries, sliced
100 g dried apricots, in stripes
1 nectarine, in wedges

Preparation

Bowl

  1. Stir vanilla pulp into maple syrup
  2. Add to the soy quark and layer in bowls with strawberries and familia High Protein low sugar Strawberries & Vanilla Müesli

Garnish

  1. Garnish bowls with fruit slices
  2. Sprinkle with reserved familia High Protein low sugar Strawberries & Vanilla

Tip

Instead of strawberries and nectarines, use seasonal fruits or frozen berries
