Blueberry Smoothie-Bowl

Ingredients

Blueberry Smoothie-Bowl
150 g frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 dl milk
180 g greek yoghurt
50 g familia Bio Müesli aronia & raspberry

Preparation

  1. Place frozen blueberries and banana in the blender and mix on low level
  2. Add milk, a tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, 40 g of familia Bio Müesli aronia & raspberry and then blend again on low level
  3. Split the mixture into two bowls
  4. Add the rest of the Greek yoghurt into the two bowls
  5. Swirl a fork through the bowl to create a marbled effect
  6. Garnish with mixed berries, chia seeds and Müesli flakes and serve

Garnish

  1. Frozen or fresh berries such as raspberries or blueberries, depending on the season, chia seeds, Müesli flakes

Tip

Instead of Greek yoghurt you can use coconut milk.
