Berry casserole

for 4 persons

Ingredients

Berry casserole
1.5 kg mixed organic berries, e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberreis etc.
1 tbsp cornstarch
150 g familia c.m.plus Choco & Protein
50 g margarine, melted
70 g pear syrup
vegan crème fraîche or vegan vanilla ice cream to serve with it

Preparation

  1. Mix berries with cornstarch
  2. Pour into baking dish
  3. Mix familia c.m.plus Choco & Protein with margarine and pear syrup
  4. Pour onto the berries
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the middle of an oven preheated to 200°C or 400°F
  6. Serve with vegan crème fraîche or vegan vanilla ice cream
