Bananabread

Ingredients

Bananabread
4 eggs
100 g raw sugar
200 g familia c.m.plus Original
4 ripe bananas, finely mashed
1 Organic lemon, little zest
100 g almonds, finely chopped
50 g almond flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Line cake pan with baking paper
  3. Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes creamy and lighter in color
  4. Add Müesli, mashed bananas, lemon zest, lemon juice, and finely chopped almonds to the egg mixture
  5. Mix until well combined
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan
  7. Sprinkle almond flakes on top
  8. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for about 45 minutes
  9. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan
  10. Remove from the pan, cut into slices, and serve
