Bananabread

| 4 | eggs |
| 100 g | raw sugar |
| 200 g | familia c.m.plus Original |
| 4 | ripe bananas, finely mashed |
| 1 | Organic lemon, little zest |
| 100 g | almonds, finely chopped |
| 50 g | almond flakes |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Line cake pan with baking paper
- Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes creamy and lighter in color
- Add Müesli, mashed bananas, lemon zest, lemon juice, and finely chopped almonds to the egg mixture
- Mix until well combined
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan
- Sprinkle almond flakes on top
- Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for about 45 minutes
- Remove from the oven and cool in the pan
- Remove from the pan, cut into slices, and serve
