Baked oatmeal

Preparation: approx. 15 min. | Baking time: 30 min.

for 4 persons

Ingredients

Baked porridge
300 g familia High Protein low sugar Almond & Vanilla
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 apples, grated
300 g blackberries
50 g almonds, roughly chopped
Butter for greasing the dishes
Garnish
2 dl vegan cream, whipped
1 pinch of vanilla pulp
4 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation

Porridge

  1. Grease four small baking dishes, each approximately 2.5 dl with butter
  2. Mix familia High Protein low sugar Almond & Vanilla with oat milk, maple syrup and blackberries
  3. Let infuse for 10 minutes
  4. Fill the mixture into the prepared baking dishes
  5. Sprinkle with chopped almonds
  6. Bake in the middle of a preheated convection oven to 180°C for approx. 30 minutes

Garnish

  1. Whip the vegan cream with vanilla pulp until stiff
  2. Sprinkle the baked porridge with the roasted almonds
  3. Serve with the whipped cream
