Baked oatmeal
Ingredients
Baked porridge | |

300 g | familia High Protein low sugar Almond & Vanilla |
3 tbsp | maple syrup |
2 | apples, grated |
300 g | blackberries |
50 g | almonds, roughly chopped |
Butter for greasing the dishes |
Garnish | |
---|---|
2 dl | vegan cream, whipped |
1 pinch | of vanilla pulp |
4 tbsp | sliced almonds, toasted |
Preparation
Porridge
- Grease four small baking dishes, each approximately 2.5 dl with butter
- Mix familia High Protein low sugar Almond & Vanilla with oat milk, maple syrup and blackberries
- Let infuse for 10 minutes
- Fill the mixture into the prepared baking dishes
- Sprinkle with chopped almonds
- Bake in the middle of a preheated convection oven to 180°C for approx. 30 minutes
Garnish
- Whip the vegan cream with vanilla pulp until stiff
- Sprinkle the baked porridge with the roasted almonds
- Serve with the whipped cream
