Honey-Nut-Porridge
Ingredients

2 dl | milk (alternative: use almond milk) |
1 tbsp | chia seeds |
1 tbsp | ground almonds |
2 tbsp | cocoa powder |
1/2 tsp | vanilla extract |
1 tsp | honey or maple syrup |
1 | pear, finely chopped |
Topping | |
---|---|
2 tbsp | cashew nuts |
1 tsp | cacao nibs |
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients for the porridge in a saucepan
- Allow the porridge to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until it reaches a creamy consistency
- Pour the cooked porridge into a bowl and enjoy it warm
Tip
Decorate with cashew nuts, cacao nibs and pear slices (or alternatively, with banana slices)
