Honey-Nut-Porridge

Ingredients

Honey-Nut-Porridge
50 g familia Bio Müesli Honey & Nut
2 dl milk (alternative: use almond milk)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground almonds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 pear, finely chopped
Topping
2 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tsp cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients for the porridge in a saucepan
  2. Allow the porridge to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until it reaches a creamy consistency
  3. Pour the cooked porridge into a bowl and enjoy it warm

Tip

Decorate with cashew nuts, cacao nibs and pear slices (or alternatively, with banana slices)
