Blueberry muffins with crumble

250 g | light spelt flour (or classic spelt flour) |
2 tbsp | baking powder |
150 ml | whole milk |
250 g | blueberries (frozen) |

60 g | coarse raw sugar |
40 g | flour |
1 Prise | salt |
Preparation
Servings: 12 muffins
- Muffins
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla paste well. In a separate bowl, mix spelt flour, baking powder and salt, then add to the egg mixture. Pour milk into batter and mix well. Gently fold in the blueberries. Fill muffin cups with the batter. - Streusel
Mix butter, sugar, flour and salt and crumble with your hands. Add Crunchy Müesli and mix to a loose mixture. Sprinkle the crumble over the muffins and lightly press on lightly. - Baking
Bake for about 25 minutes in the middle of an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F).
