Banana-Coconut-Porridge

Ingredients

Banana-Coconut-Porridge
200 ml milk
1 banana
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1/2 tsp honey
50 g familia Bio Müesli aronias & raspberries

Preparation

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat slowly.
  2. Cut half of the banana into small pieces and add to the milk. Add familia Bio Muesli Aronia & Raspberry, coconut flakes and honey. Let it simmer gently for about 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly, until the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Divide the porridge into two bowls.

Garnish

Cut 2nd banana half into slices, sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve on porridge. Enjoy warm.

Tip

Replace banana with pineapple pieces and add some pineapple juice.
