Overnight Oats with blueberries

Ingredients

Compote
100-150 g blueberries, of which 20 g for garnish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 pinch cinnamon
Overnight oats with blueberries
50 g familia Bifidus activ Granola with red berries
100 g low-fat curd
0,5 dl milk
50 g Greek yoghurt
1 peaches, in slices
1 tbsp cocoa nibs

Preparation

For 1 jar of approx. 450 ml.

  1. Compote
    Boil blueberries with lemon juice, honey and cinnamon and simmer for about 2 minutes, allow to cool.
  2. Mix Müesli, low-fat curd and milk, pour into the glass. Add compote and yoghurt in layers. Cover and keep in a cool place overnight. Decorate with peaches, cocoa nibs and the set aside blueberries.
