We were one of the first Swiss companies to be certified according to the food standard, in 1998. We have been working in accordance with the FSSC 22000 scheme since 2013. This means we meet the highest globally recognised standards and, as a result, we create trust and guarantee quality on all levels.

Our process security measures

Clear agreements with suppliers: detailed specifications and risk-based analyses of our raw materials ensure a consistently high level of quality.
Foreign-body management: strict hygiene measures and modern equipment, such as metal detectors and X-ray machines, ensure a high level of safety.
Comprehensive process checks: our departments carry out regular product tests to ensure consistent quality.
Natural shelf life: we package our products in a protective atmosphere to preserve them without the use of chemicals – so they taste delicious for longer.
Trust: regular product analyses and rigorous documentation foster trust with authorities, business partners and customers, and prove our quality.
