Apricot and apple bowl

1 | apple, e.g. Braeburn, peeled, in cubes |
100 g | fresh or frozen pitted apricots, some slices set aside, rest in cubes |
1 tbsp | liquid honey |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
0,25 dl | water |
Date yoghurt | |

10 g | pitted dates, roughly cut |
100 g | plain yoghurt |
50 g | familia Bio Müesli honey & nuts, little set aside for decoration |
15 g | hazelnuts, raosted, roughly chopped |
Preparation
For 1 preserving jar of approx. 450 ml.
- Mix apples, apricots and honey with water and boil. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender, leave to cool.
- Coarsely puree dates with yoghurt.
- Layer compote with yoghurt and Müesli in the glass and decorate with set aside apricot slices, Müesli and hazelnuts. Serve immediately or cover and chill over night.
