Apricot and apple bowl

Ingredients

Apricot and apple bowl
1 apple, e.g. Braeburn, peeled, in cubes
100 g fresh or frozen pitted apricots, some slices set aside, rest in cubes
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp lemon juice
0,25 dl water
Date yoghurt
10 g pitted dates, roughly cut
100 g plain yoghurt
50 g familia Bio Müesli honey & nuts, little set aside for decoration
15 g hazelnuts, raosted, roughly chopped

Preparation

For 1 preserving jar of approx. 450 ml.

  1. Mix apples, apricots and honey with water and boil. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender, leave to cool.
  2. Coarsely puree dates with yoghurt.
  3. Layer compote with yoghurt and Müesli in the glass and decorate with set aside apricot slices, Müesli and hazelnuts. Serve immediately or cover and chill over night.
