Müesli Porridge
Ingredients

| 450 g | cherrys, pitted |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| 1/4 tsp | cinnamon |

| 3 dl | milk |
| 2 dl | water |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 150 g | familia Müesli (e. g. Bio Birchermüesli Original) |
| 1 dl | full-cream whipped until stiff |
| 2 tbsp | unsalted, shelled pistachios, roughly chopped |
Preparation
- Mix cherries, sugar, water, and cinnamon in a pan, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes until soft. Set aside.
- Boil milk and water with sugar and salt, add Müesli, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove pan from heat.
- Fold whipped cream into the porridge and serve with the cherry compote. Sprinkle with pistachios.

Tip
