Overnight müesli

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes.

1 glass jar with a lid vthat can hold around 400 ml


½ banana, approx. 60 g, sliced

Approx. 50 g müesli, e.g. familia-Bio Müesli Aronia Berry & Raspberry

½ carrot, approx. 25 g, peeled, finely grated

1 tbsp raisins

1–2 tbsp hazelnuts or almonds, finely chopped

Approx. 125 ml milk or fruit juice


Approx. 90 g yoghurt, e.g. plum or berry flavoured

100 g mixed seasonal autumn fruits, e.g. sliced plums and blackberries

Coconut chips or chopped nuts


  1. Müesli: Place the banana slices around the edge of the glass jar and press lightly. Add the müesli, grated carrot, raisins and nuts to the jar and then pour in the milk. Cover with the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Top the müesli with the yoghurt and fruit and garnish to taste. Chill until you are ready to serve.
