Mug cake

Preparation time: appropx. 15 minutes
Baking time: approx. 22 minutes
Makes 12 muffins


60 g familia Bio Müesli Baked Honey Nut

3 tbsp plain yoghurt

1 tsp vanilla sugar

1 egg

½ tsp baking powder

½ mango

50g raspberries


Mango purée with raspberries


  1. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
  2. Combine the familia Bio Müesli Baked Honey Nut, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the egg and plain yoghurt to the dry mixture and combine to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a 300 ml cup and top with two or three raspberries. Place the cup in the microwave and bake at 600 watts for 2 minutes.
  4. Blend the 1/2 mango while the cake bakes. Remove the mug cake from the cup, put it on a plate and top it with the mango purée and a few raspberries.


You can also bake the mug cake in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 20 minutes.
