Combine the familia Bio Knusper Superseeds & Honey, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Add the egg and plain yoghurt to the dry mixture and combine to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a 300 ml cup and top with two or three raspberries. Place the cup in the microwave and bake at 600 watts for 2 minutes.
Blend the 1/2 mango while the cake bakes. Remove the mug cake from the cup, put it on a plate and top it with the mango purée and a few raspberries.
Tip
You can also bake the mug cake in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 20 minutes.
