2 cups familia Bio Birchermüesli Original with no added sugar


13/4 cup coconut milk


1 lime, juice squeezed


4 tbsp liquid honey


4 tbsp macadamia nuts, roasted, coarsely chopped


1 cup currants


Method

  • Mix familia Bio Birchermüesli Original with coconut milk, lime juice and honey, soak for 10 minutes. Serve the müesli, garnish with macadamia nuts and currants.

Variations

  • Spice up with dried mango
  • Decorate with roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Sprinkle müesli with lime sugar
  • Use sesame seeds as topping
  • Serve with coconut strips
