Ingredients
7 fresh apricots
10.5 oz rosemary
1/2 cup dried apricots
1 vanille pod
1 1/8 cup yoghurt alternative
1/2 cup familia Bio Birchermüesli Original
1/16 cup familia Nature Crunch for the topping
Method
- Dice the fresh apricots and stew together with the chopped rosemary, finely chopped dried apricots and vanilla until soft. Allow to cool. Spoon the mixture into glass dishes, saving a small quantity for the topping.
- Layer by layer, add the compote, the yoghurt alternative, and the familia Bio Birchermüesli Original to the glass dishes. Top with familia Nature Crunch and the remaining compote
