Ingredients
250 ml coconut milk
300 ml water
¼ tsp salt
200 g quinoa
350 g blueberries
80 g familia crunchy müesli
(e.g. body balance Blueberries & Pecans)
4 tbsp clear honey
Method
- Combine the coconut milk, water, salt and
quinoa in a pot, heat to the boil and simmer, uncovered,
for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Blend two thirds of the blueberries with the water
and then add to the quinoa. Top with the remaining
blueberries and crunchy müesli.
Drizzle with honey.
