1 tbsp ground almonds (or any nuts of your choice, or tiger nuts for those with nut allergies)
60g frozen raspberries
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey as a sweetener
150 ml milk (can be substituted with almond milk or other plant milks)
Zubereitung
Simply combine all the ingredients in a glass jar, mix well and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Garnish the next morning, or simply enjoy it plain.
Tip
Be as creative as you like. Add coconut flakes, edible flowers, berries – it’s up to you!
