Ingredients
2/3 cup margarine
6 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp sesam paste (tahini)
1/6 cup cocoa powder
2/5 cup vegan dark chocolate, chopped
2 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 oz baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups familia High Protein low sugar, finely chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Method
- Beat margarine in a mixer until fluffy. Add maple syrup and tahini, stir in. Mix cocoa powder, chocolate, cornstarch, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into the margarine. Also mix in familia High Protein low sugar, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Use the mixture to make balls of approx. 1 oz. each. Place on the prepared baking tray with a little distance between them, flatten slightly.
Baking
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the middle of an oven preheated to 350°F. Remove from oven, allow to cool on a wire rack.
