Blueberry pear smoothie

Makes 2 servings (about 12 fl.oz/serving)

Ingredients


1-1.5oz (about 4 tbsp) familia Bio Organic no added sugar Müesli


8.8 oz frozen blueberries


2 small pears, about 8.8 oz, peeled, pitted, cut in dice


1 lemon, a little peel finely grated and 1–1½ spoons of juice


1–2 tbsp concentrated pear juice


10 oz milk


5.3 oz greek yogurt


Method

  1. blend all ingredients
  2. pour into glasses / bottles / jars and enjoy

Tip

If you use fresh blueberries, add 2 tbsp of beetroot juice for nicer colour

If you prefer to enjoy your smoothie with a spoon, add an extra 2 tbsp of familia Bio Organic no added sugar Müesli

Pears can be replaced with apples / pear juice concentrate can be replaced with maple syrup
