Pomegranate porridge


7 fl oz milk

½ banana

1 Apple

1 pomegranate

50 g Bio Birchermüesli Original


3 apple slices pomegranate seeds


  1. Pour the milk into a pot and slowly heat it.
  2. Cut the banana into slices, add it to the milk and mash it with a fork. Add the familia Bio Birchermüesli Original and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. Grate one quarter of the apple, cut the other quarters into small pieces and add it all to the porridge. Cut the pomegranate in half and add half of the seeds and the juice to the porridge.
  3. Split the porridge up into two bowls, garnish with the remaining pomegranate seeds and enjoy while hot.


Use almond milk instead of cow’s milk.
