Breakfast smoothie with blueberries


2 small pitted dates

200 g blueberries

60 g familia Bio Müesli Aronia Berry & Raspberry

1 level teaspoon of cocoa powder

A pinch of cinnamon

300 ml coconut water


Pour the smoothie into glasses or cups and then garnish with blueberries or a bit of müesli.


  1. Cut the dates into strips.
  2. Add them and all the other ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth; the more powerful the blender, the finer the smoothie will be.


Use seasonal berries.
