Ingredients
1 tarte flambée dough, rolled out
(approx. 25 x 42 cm)
150 g goat’s cheese or
double cream cheese
300 g figs, sliced
60 g familia crunchy müesli
(e.g. body balance Figs
& Plums)
1 tbsp thyme leaves
Fleur de Sel
Black pepper
Method
- Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper on top of a baking sheet
and spread the soft cheese on the dough. Spread half the figs on the dough,
and then sprinkle it with the crunchy müesli.
- Bake on the lowest rack of an oven
that has been preheated to 220°C for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the tarte flambée from the oven,
top with the remaining figs and thyme,
and season it with fleur de sel and pepper to taste.
