1 tarte flambée dough, rolled out (approx. 25 x 42 cm)

150 g goat’s cheese or double cream cheese

300 g figs, sliced

60 g familia crunchy müesli (e.g. body balance Figs & Plums)

1 tbsp thyme leaves

Fleur de Sel

Black pepper


  1. Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper on top of a baking sheet and spread the soft cheese on the dough. Spread half the figs on the dough, and then sprinkle it with the crunchy müesli.
  2. Bake on the lowest rack of an oven that has been preheated to 220°C for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the tarte flambée from the oven, top with the remaining figs and thyme, and season it with fleur de sel and pepper to taste.
