125 g butter

130 g sugar

2 eggs

70 g ground almonds

190 g flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 apple, chopped into small pieces

The zest from 1 lemon

1 vanilla bean, scraped

15 frozen raspberries

70 g Original or forest fruits

For the crumble

30 g Original or forest fruits, finely crushed

30 g butter

5 tbsp ground almonds

3 tbsp sugar

A pinch of cinnamon


  1. Muffins: Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the eggs and mix well. Then add the ground almonds, flour, baking powder and cinnamon and combine. Add the chopped apples, lemon zest and the scraped-out vanilla bean seeds and stir to combine. Add the frozen raspberries and Original or forest fruits müesli, mix well and then pour the batter into the muffin tin.
  2. Crumble: Crush the Original or forest fruits and put the crushed müesli into a bowl. Add the butter, ground almonds, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon and mix well. Top the muffins evenly with the crumble mixture.
  3. Bake for around 22 minutes in the centre of an oven that has been heated to 180°C (convection).
