Frozen or fresh berries such as raspberries or blueberries, depending on the season. Chia seeds, müesli flakes.
Method
Place the frozen blueberries and banana in the blender and mix on low level.
Add the milk, a tablespoon of the Greek yoghurt, and 40 g of familia Bio Müesli Aronia Berry & Raspberry and then blend again on low.
Split the mixture into two bowls, and then add the rest of the Greek yoghurt into the two bowls. Swirl a fork through the bowl to create a marbled effect.
Garnish with mixed berries, chia seeds and müesli flakes and serve.
Tip
You can swap out the Greek yoghurt for coconut milk.
