Serves 4 (200 ml portions)
Ingredients
50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp pear juice concentrate (Birnel)
¾ tsp Swiss pear bread spice mix
400 g pears, quartered and sliced
360 g plain yoghurt
50 ml milk
80 g familia crunchy müesli
(e.g. fit crisp Apples & Cranberries)
Method
- Place the walnuts and sugar in a pan and cook slowly,
then allow the walnuts to cool off slightly on a sheet of baking paper.
- Mix together the lemon juice, Birnel and Swiss pear bread spice mix in a bowl,
then add the pears and mix again.
- Mix the yoghurt and milk, then put it into the glasses
alternating with the crunchy müesli and the pears,
then sprinkle the candied walnuts on top.
