Banana coconut porridge


200 ml milk

1 banana

1 tbsp shaved coconut

½ tsp honey

50 g familia Bio Müesli Aronia Berry & Raspberry


Garnish with banana slices, top with shaved coconut


  1. Pour the milk into a pot and heat it slowly. Cut the half banana into slices and add it to the milk. Add the familia Bio Müesli Aronia Berry & Raspberry, shaved coconut and honey, bring to the boil and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
  2. Divide the porridge into two bowls. Cut the other half of the banana in slices and use it to garnish the porridge. Sprinkle on the shaved coconut and enjoy while hot.


You can swap out the banana for chopped pineapple and a touch of pineapple juice.
