Apple, Saffron


2 1/6 cups apples


1/4 tbsp ground saffron


Crumble


1/4 cup oat drink


1/4 cup familia Bio Birchermüesli Original


1/4 cup familia Nature Crunch


Vanillesauce


1 cup yoghurt alternative


1/3 cup oat drink


1/2 vanilla pod


Method

  • Peel and dice the apples. Add the saffron and mix together. Spoon the mixture into ramekins.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the crumble and allow to soak for approx. 30 minutes. Top the apple and saffron mixture with the crumble and bake in a fan-assisted oven for 20 minutes at 160°C.
  • Place the ingredients for the vanilla sauce into a bowl or jug and stir until well mixed. The crumble can be served with the vanilla sauce either warm or cold, as part of a buffet.
