Training new talent is an important part of the work of bio-familia AG. Experienced professionals impart their knowledge to the learners, making an invaluable contribution to the future.

We train seven apprentices in interesting occupations, including Food Technician (EFZ), Commercial Administrator (EFZ) and Logistics Specialist (EFZ).

Taster course

Are you interested in a taster course with the müesli pioneers? Our taster courses give you an opportunity to watch experienced employees and apprentices at work. For more information, please contact our Human Resources team.

Internships

Many degree courses require applicants to complete an internship in a professional environment. We offer an internship in food technology and an internship to graduates with a degree in food sciences. Our interns learn specialist skills and advance their professional abilities. Internships last at least six months.

The following criteria are crucial:

• A passion for working with food. No food allergies.
• Internships last at least six months.
• Physical fitness and a willingness to work in a three-shift system during the introductory period
• Good IT skills
• Personal initiative and independence
• Resilience and motivation
• Capacity for teamwork
